It provides a centralized and efficient solution for connecting up to eight analog microphones or line-level sources directly to a Dante-enabled network.

Optimized for use with ControlSpace EX processors, including the EX-1280C, EX-12AEC, and EX-440C, the EX-8ML supports Cat 5/5e cabling and can be daisy-chained with other EX endpoints or installed remotely to reduce analog cable runs. Integrated GPIO enables external logic control and system automation without additional hardware.

All configuration, routing, gain control, phantom power, and GPIO logic are managed through ControlSpace Designer software. This simplifies deployment and maintenance while supporting advanced conferencing, courtroom, and installed sound applications.

Key Features

8 Analog Mic/Line Inputs: Balanced inputs with software-selectable gain and phantom power

Dante Audio Networking: Low-latency digital audio transport over standard Ethernet

Integrated GPIO: Configurable control inputs and outputs for system logic and automation

Daisy-Chain Networking: Simplifies wiring using Cat 5 cabling between endpoints

ControlSpace Integration: Fully configurable using ControlSpace Designer software

Compact Mountable Enclosure: Integrated mounting tabs for flexible installation

Technical Specifications

Product Type
Microphone / GPIO Dante endpoint

Analog Audio Inputs
8 balanced mic/line inputs
7-pin Euroblock, 3.81 mm (detachable)

Digital Audio I/O
(1) RJ-45 Dante in
(1) RJ-45 Dante out

Phantom Power
48 VDC, software-selectable per input

Gain Settings
0 dB, +15 dB, +30 dB, +45 dB (software-selectable)

Control Inputs
8 general-purpose (one per audio input)
7-pin Euroblock, 3.81 mm

Control Outputs
16 general-purpose (two per audio input)
7-pin Euroblock, 3.81 mm

Network Audio Format
Dante digital audio networking

Power Requirements
12 VDC, 200 mA
PoE Class 0 (IEEE 802.3af), PD-compliant

Operating Temperature
0 °C to 40 °C (32 °F to 104 °F)

Available Colors
Black

Product Dimensions (H × W × D)
1.1" × 8.4" × 5.2"
29 mm × 213 mm × 132 mm

What's in the Box

(1) ControlSpace EX-8ML Endpoint
(1) Mounting Template
(4) Mounting Screws
(8) 7-Pin Euroblock Connectors
(2) 2-Pin Euroblock Connectors
(1) Installation Guide
(10) Cable Ties

https://tonecraftgear.shop/products/bose-professional-controlspace-ex-8ml-microphone-gpio-dante-endpoint
