Everything you need to know.

The Behringer BMX is a hybrid sampling drum machine that resurrects the gritty, bit-crushed percussion of an iconic early-'80s digital drum machine — the elusive sound behind countless new wave, synth-pop and hip-hop records. Its 8-voice engine combines period-correct sampled character with modern hands-on control, delivering those unmistakable crunchy kicks, snares and claps straight out of the box.

Twenty-four pads and a 64-step sequencer make pattern building fast and physical, while onboard sample recording lets you capture and crush your own sounds into the same vintage character. A dual-mode filter and Behringer's Wave Designer transient shaper give every voice modern punch, making the BMX as comfortable in a contemporary production rig as it is in a retro setup.
